Booking Conditions & Rules
•
A deposit of £50 per week is required for each week booked. The balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
•
The accommodation will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
•
Bookings are accepted for the party named and are not transferable.
•
Please declare all details of your party as the company reserve the right to cancel or terminate a holiday where the client has failed to disclose all material facts as required.
•
All monies paid are non refundable, we strongly recommend you insure against cancellation.
•
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed.
•
In order to provide a peaceful night for everyone all outdoor activities are to be over and quiet observed from 10pm. Persons making excessive noise at any time will be asked to leave, without refund.
•
Ball Games and the Flying of Kites, drones (unmanned aircraft) and radio controlled aircraft are prohibited.
•
No firearms, offensive weapons or fireworks of any kind are allowed.
•
There is a strict speed limit of 10 mph on site. Vehicles are only permitted on the Park provided they are insured against third party risks and the driver holds a valid driving licence.
•
Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients and their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property.
•
Children must not play around The Leisure Centre or Toilets/Laundry area or anywhere to disturb other park users.
•
The lead party name which appears on the booking acknowledgement agrees to the booking conditions and rules on behalf of all persons of the booking. Only persons part of the booking may occupy the Cottage allocated for their use and any breach of this condition will entiltle the management to terminate the booking and exclude forthwith from the property both unauthorised persons together with all members of the booking without refund.

While the company will do their best to satisfy customer requirements the company at their discretion reserve the right to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients, in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations shall fall on the company, save that the company shall refund any monies already paid in respect of bookings so cancelled.
