Booking Conditions & Rules
•
Advance booking is strongly recommended with payment required in full at the time of booking. No quibble refund (less £10 booking fee) provided 8 days notice of cancellation given.
•
Easter, Spring & August Bank Holidays minimum stay of 3 nights.
•
Pitch available from 2pm and to be vacated by 2pm
•
Bookings are accepted for the party named and are not transferable.
•
On arrival, please declare any additional party members or vehicles, the company reserve the right to cancel or terminate a holiday where the client has failed to disclose all material facts as required.
•
A Pitch will accommodate a unit of up to 8m x 5m, if you need more space a second pitch will need to be booked.
•
No refunds apply to bookings made 7 days or less prior to arrival.
•
Extra vehicles to be parked on the car park.
•
In the case of inclement weather all vehicles to be parked on the car park.
•
In order to provide a peaceful night for everyone all outdoor activities are to be over, vistors departed and quiet observed from 10pm. Persons making excessive noise at any time will be asked to leave the park, without refund.
•
We do not accept single sex parties, groups of over 2 pitches or unaccompanied teenagers.
•
Ball Games, Paddling Pools, E Scooters and the Flying of Kites, drones (unmanned aircraft) and radio controlled aircraft are prohibited.
•
No open fires or solid fuel stoves / heaters are allowed. Raised BBQs (charcoal or gas only) are permitted.
•
No firearms, offensive weapons or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the park.
•
There is a strict speed limit of 10 mph on site. Vehicles are only permitted on the Park provided they are insured against third party risks and the driver holds a valid driving licence.
•
Dogs are welcome at the discretion of the management but are not permitted indoors and must not be left unattended at any time. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch.
•
Electricity (10A) is metered and charged at cost, Please ensure you have sufficient credit as Top up of electricity cards is not available between the hours of 5pm and 9am though it may be possible in the evening until 8pm if the Bar is open. Unused credit can be refunded but only if redeemed by 2pm on the day of departure.
•
There will be no refunds due to weather conditions or any reason, other than the company cancelling your booking.
•
While the company will do their best to satisfy customer requirements the company at their discretion reserve the right to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients, in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations shall fall on the company, save that the company shall refund any monies already paid in respect of bookings so cancelled.
•
Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients and their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property.
•
Children must not play around The Leisure Centre, Car parking or Toilets/Laundry areas or anywhere to disturb other park users.
•
The lead party name which appears on the booking acknowledgement agrees to the booking conditions and rules on behalf of all persons of the booking. Only persons part of the booking may occupy the pitch allocated for their use and any breach of this condition will entitle the management to terminate the booking and exclude forthwith from the park both unauthorised persons together with all members of the booking.
Day visitors to the park are by prior arrangement only and charged at our extra persons rate.

If there is an Electricity Board supply failure to the park there will be no refunds whatsoever. If the park electricity fails, no refunds or compensation will be given unless the electricity is off for more than 24 hours. There will be no refunds on any frozen food or perishable items under any circumstances.
