No orders are processed until we receive payment in full, Debit Cards only (Credit Cards not accepted) orders submitted with no payment are automatically cancelled - you will need to book again. All Gas sales are subject to you the customer having a equivalent empty Gas Cylinder to exchange for the full cylinder we supply. If you do not have an equivalent gas cylinder to exchange additional charges will apply. Any query on a gas order must be submitted within 7 days of the order date.
